Here is my dream….To achieve or develop a global movement that encourages people to understand and live like their body is “the Temple of God” and for God to heal our land. God dwells within the Temple ( I Cor. 3:16,17; 6:17-20). God’s Temple is made up of Spirit/Spiritual, Soul/Emotional, Body/Physical (I Thess. 5:23). Amazing!

We learn from history that everything needs a solid foundation…
“Who will save us now that the monster Covid19 has broken free? The pandemic has humbled the country and the world and has opened up millions of eyes to this risky Universe once more. For societies founded on Biblical traditions, pandemics need not make for the end. This is a call for repentance and revival. Great struggles can produce great clarity”. ~~ The Wall Street Journal
“When a critical mass of people have the Bible and apply what it teaches in their lives, a nation can be transformed.” ~~ Loren Cunningham
Covid 19 changed the world forever and no one seems to have any answers moving forward. Maybe it’s time we give God a chance to heal (divine
intervention, like a physician) our land (II Chron. 7:13-15).
V. 14 to me is one of the most incredible verses in the Bible because it is directed to us today. “If” (our choice) my people who are called by My name will do four things:
1. Humble themselves, which means ‘to bend the knee’, used in II Chron. 34:27. Spurgeon said voluntary humbleness is what God is looking for –
that’s what Solomon did!
2. Pray. Pray means to make supplication, to ask for. There are at least 12 preparation steps for prayer in order to God to even hear our prayer. Two
of the most important steps are repentance; I John 1:5-10 – 5 ‘ifs’ in this chapter and forgiving others; Matt. 6:14,15
3. Seek my face. Seek me means ‘to search out, to worship, to request.' Ps. 80:7,19
4. Turn from your wicked ways. Turn means ‘return to the starting point or to relinquish’. Solomon used the word ‘run’ three times in his prayer;
II Chron. 6:26, 37, 42.
If we do these 4 things, here is God’s promises to us:
53:4-6 in the context of our salvation and healing.
In Dr. Brian Stiller’s new book, “THE 7 ANCIENT PRINCIPLES FOR 21 ST CENTURY LEADERS”, his chapter on ‘How to Exercise Your Faith” is the most amazing teaching on faith I have ever read.

"The New Testament teaching about God as a Trinity – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – is remarkable. A specific role of the son and the Holy Spirit, perhaps even more amazing, is their work of intercession on behalf of believers”. ~~ Dr. Larry Perkins
Why is this so important? Our bodies are the Temple of the Holy Spirit. I Cor. 6:18-20. The point is that the believer’s body is a sacred vessel. Apostle
Paul, in Colossians 1:24-27, wrote about this truth as the mystery that has been hidden from the ages and generations. Now uncovered for all is the riches of the magnificence of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of Glory.
Stop and think about what you have just read: God’s Spiritual Authority. You cannot buy this extraordinary power, nor can you find it by searching the earth for it. As a Christian, it resides in you already, an awesome gift from God that you have only to claim and use once you know and accept its Source.
To apply GOD’S SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY to your life and circumstances, the one major ingredient you need is FAITH. It is impossible to please God without faith. By faith, Noah built a ship in the middle of dry land. By faith, Abraham said yes to God’s call to travel to an unknown place that would become his home at age seventy-five. By faith, barren Sarah was able to become pregnant. By faith, George Mueller fed over 10,000 orphans. At this time, England was only looking after 3600 orphans. By faith, Mueller built five large orphanages and he never asked anyone but God for money and millions of dollars came in!
Exciting, revolutionary power is available exclusively to you as a Christian ….
It’s supernatural power…
"It is simply awesome what Paul tells us in Romans 8:27 that the Holy Spirit ‘intercedes for the saints according to the will of God’. A few verses later (v. 34) he tells us that the Messiah Jesus, risen and at the right hand of God, “indeed intercedes for us." The author of Hebrews similarly rejoices that Jesus, who is able to save people completely, ‘always lives to make intercession for them.'"
Hebrews 7:25 ~~ Dr. Larry Perkins
The Work of the Holy Spirit. He guides us into all truth; John 14:16,17; 16:13-15;
The Holy Spirit replaces the physical presence of Jesus by permanently indwelling believers. This is amazing. The divine presence of Jesus’ followers includes:
“Without the Holy Spirit, we are like a ship without a sail and can do nothing”.
~~ Charles Spurgeon
“The Spirit-filled life is not a special, deluxe edition of Christianity. It is part and
parcel of the total plan of God for His people”. ~~ A. W. Tozer
“Wise leaders should have known that the human heart cannot exist in a vacuum. If Christians are forbidden to enjoy the wine of the Spirit, they will turn to the wine of the flesh.
When Jesus Christ first announced the coming church, He said 4 things:
Matt. 16:18,19
What is the Kingdom of Heaven? The first sermon that John the Baptist preached was “repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand”. It’s here not – not coming!
This was also the first sermon of Jesus Christ. Matt. 4:17
The first sermon of the Apostle Peter in the first church was ‘repent’. Acts 2:38 The Kingdom of Heaven is a mystery (secret) which is why Jesus taught in parables.
Matt. 13:11. There are 14 mysteries in the New Testament and this is the first one. The Kingdom of Heaven is God manifesting His being God in the
world of men or God’s government on earth.
The Holy Spirit is anxious to do 33 Things for us and transforms our lives so that we can have a complete Biblical Worldview. This is amazing and has a radical effect on a person’s life.
‘Keys’ is used two times in the Old Testament; in Hebrew means “an opening instrument”. In Greek, it means “God’s competent spiritual
authority."
1. In Judges 3:25, we find that Israel had turned their back on the Lord and God gave them the key to return and they obeyed.
2. In Isaiah 22:22,23, Isaiah prophesied that the key of David (Jesus Christ) and He shall be a glorious throne in His Father’s House.
3. Jesus accused the scribers (lawyers) of not using the key of knowledge and this hindered others from entering the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus also
accused the scribes of shutting up the Kingdom of Heaven. Matt. 213:13; Luke 11:52
4. Jesus gave the key of David (Is. 22:22,23 – this is referred to above!!!) to the Church at Philadelphia with the promise that if you open the door, no
man can shut it. The Church at Philadelphia was the smallest of the seven churches in Revelation but it was the most victorious because they listened to the Holy Spirit. Rev. 3:7-13.
When you are given the key of David, you also are the sons of Abraham as well; Matt. 1:1.
And the promises given to Abraham are given to us because we are his seed; Gal. 3:25-29
Because the church of Philadelphia obeyed the Lord and opened the door with the key of David, here is what followed:
i. Jesus knew their works; faith without works is dead; James 2:14,15
ii. Jesus gave them an open door – open to God
iii. No one can shut the door
iv. You have little strength
v. You have kept my Word
vi. You have not denied My name
vii. Because you have kept my Word, I will keep you from the hour of temptation that shall come upon the whole world
viii. Behold I am coming quickly, so hold fast to what you know so no man can take your crown
ix. You are overcomers (get the victory) and you will see the New Jerusalem; Rev. 21:1-8
x. But listen to the Holy Spirit
xi. Your name will be written in my book; Rev. 3:5; 13:8;21:27
5. We see that the fifth angel was given the key to the bottomless pit; Rev. 9:1-12
6. An angel is given the key to the bottomless pit with a great chain in his hand to bind Satan for 1000 years; Rev. 20:1-3
7. Jesus Christ holds the most powerful keys in the universe, holding the key to hell and death; Rev. 1:18
8. When Jesus Christ announced the coming Church He said 3 things: Matt. 16:18,19
a. It is My Church and I will build it
b. The gates of hell shall not prevail against it
c. I will give the church the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven
Remember… the church is not a building rather it is the individual believer. In the Old Testament, only the High Priest could meet with God in the Temple and then only once a year on the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur). In the New Testament, Jesus Himself said that the brick and mortar temple would be destroyed, as Jesus said it would be in Matt. 24:1,2. This occurred in 70 A.D, destroyed by the Romans. Jesus Christ is now the High Priest of the believer and available 7/24; Heb. 4:14-16
The word ‘atonement’ is mentioned over 70 times in the Old Testament because the priest had to make daily sacrifices. ‘Atonement’ in Hebrew means ‘to appease, to pardon, to purge, to reconcile’. In the New Testament, ‘atonement’ is mentioned one time in Romans 5:11. In the Greek, it means, ‘a great restoration to divine favor’. JESUS CHRIST PAID IT ALL.
CONCLUSION:
As I understand with my life experiences, living as God’s Temple, that the Lord responds to at least four major principles:
1. Repentance. God cannot hear our prayers if we do not repent nor can He have fellowship with us; Psa. 66:18-20; I John 1:5,6
2. Obedience demonstrates our faith and trust in God. “Obedience is better than sacrifice." I Samuel 15:22
3. Faith. “Without faith it is impossible to please God." Hebrews 11:6
4. Praising the Lord, despite our problems. Why? “God dwells in the praises of His people”. Psa. 22:3. David tells us to praise God 7 times a day;
Psalm 119:164. A good way to do this is to simply say the word, HALLELUJAH! Why seven? Seven is the number of completion and is
mentioned over 700 times. HALLELUJAH means to PRAISE THE LORD. It is the only word that I know that is pronounced the same in very
language on earth today!
